Email with estimates from of residential and accommodation units were with the communications manager, Gunnison County Assessor's office. Any errors in conveying this are mine, not that office's. It was stressed these were estimates (hence the round numbers); and things such as STRs, whether duplexes in fact are being used as duplexes, etc. would have an impact as well. The 2:1 ratio is from the developer, NOT the assessor's office.

Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm, Saturday 7 am to 6 pm, Sunday 10 to 5, page 165 of proposal listed above.
